Welcome to XLB Training. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to our website, to the lessons, camps, clinics, and team programs we offer, and to everyone who uses them. By using this site, booking a session, registering for a camp, or joining one of our teams, you agree to these Terms. If you are signing up a player under 18, you are agreeing on their behalf as their parent or legal guardian.
XLB Training ("XLB," "we," "us," or "our") is a baseball training facility located at 4760 Woolbright Rd Unit 104, Golf, FL 33436. You can reach us at (561) 336-4128 or [email protected].
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes: learning about our programs, contacting us, and booking services. You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with how it works, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or to copy or scrape our content for a competing service.
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but schedules, pricing, staff, and program details can change. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a specific athletic outcome, roster spot, scholarship, college placement, or professional opportunity.
Lessons, camps, and program registrations are handled through Mindbody, our scheduling and payment provider. When you book with us, you are also agreeing to Mindbody's own terms and privacy policy for that transaction. Payment is due at the time of booking or registration unless we have agreed to something different in writing.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. The price shown at the time you book is the price that applies to that booking. Package sessions, memberships, and camp registrations are non-transferable to another family unless we approve it in writing.
We hold your spot on the schedule, and our instructors plan their day around it, so we ask for real notice.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time and you receive a credit back to your account. That credit can be used toward a future session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not credited. The session is charged as scheduled.
No-shows forfeit the session. If a player does not arrive for a scheduled appointment and we were not notified, that session is used and no credit is issued.
We understand that injuries, illness, and emergencies happen. If something serious comes up, call us and we will do our best to work with you, but late cancellation and no-show credits are granted at our discretion, not by right.
Camp registrations are non-refundable. If you need to withdraw more than 7 days before the camp start date, we will issue a camp credit that can be applied to a future XLB camp. Withdrawals made within 7 days of the camp start date, and no-shows on camp days, are not refunded or credited.
Camp credits are issued to the registering family and are non-transferable unless we approve it in writing.
If XLB cancels a camp outright and does not reschedule it, we will make it right with a full credit or refund of that registration.
Team fees are non-refundable. Once a player accepts a roster spot, we commit that spot, and we commit to league entry, tournament entry, uniforms, field time, and coaching staff on the basis of the roster. That applies whether a player leaves the team mid-season, is unable to participate due to injury or schedule conflict, or is removed for conduct.
Payment plans, if offered, are a schedule for paying the total fee. They are not a subscription you can stop partway through. The full team fee remains owed.
We may need to reschedule sessions, change instructors, or adjust camp and team schedules because of weather, facility issues, illness, staffing, or circumstances outside our control. When that happens we will notify you as early as we reasonably can and reschedule or credit the affected session. We are not responsible for travel costs, time off work, or other expenses connected to a changed or cancelled session.
XLB exists to develop players and to be a positive place for families. We expect players, parents, and guests to treat our staff, our equipment, and each other with respect, to follow instructor direction and posted facility rules, and to keep the space safe.
We may remove any participant or guest from a session, camp, team, or the facility for behavior that is unsafe, abusive, or repeatedly disruptive. Removal for conduct does not entitle anyone to a refund.
Baseball training involves physical activity and carries inherent risk of injury, including serious injury. By participating, you acknowledge that risk and confirm that the participant is in adequate physical condition to take part.
You agree to tell us about any injury, medical condition, allergy, or physical limitation that could affect participation, before the participant takes the field. In a medical emergency, you authorize us to seek emergency medical care for the participant, and you are responsible for the cost of that care.
XLB does not provide medical, nutritional, or physical therapy advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any training program.
Participation in XLB lessons, camps, clinics, and teams requires a completed waiver and release, and any other forms we request, signed by the participant or by a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18. Those signed documents apply alongside these Terms. Where a signed waiver and these Terms differ, the signed waiver controls.
We regularly photograph and record training sessions, camps, and games for instruction, player evaluation, and marketing, including our website and social media. By participating, you grant XLB permission to use the participant's likeness in that material without payment. If you do not want your player's image used, tell us in writing at [email protected] and we will honor that going forward.
Guests may take photos and video of their own player. Please do not film other families' children without their permission, and do not post footage of other players without consent.
Most of our athletes are minors. Accounts, bookings, and registrations must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for payment, for the accuracy of the information provided, and for the player's compliance with these Terms. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle information about young athletes.
The XLB name, logo, site design, written content, training materials, drills, curriculum, photos, and video are owned by XLB Training or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or build a derivative product from our material without written permission. Sharing a link to our site is always welcome.
Our site links to and works with third-party services, including Mindbody for booking and payments and other providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.
Our website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, and except where liability cannot be limited by law, XLB Training and its owners, coaches, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim arises from.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and this section does not replace or override any signed waiver and release.
You agree to indemnify and hold XLB Training harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your or your player's violation of these Terms, misuse of our facility or equipment, or violation of the rights of another person.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
