Information you provide: When you fill out a form on our site (such as our Player Development Guide sign-up) or contact us by phone or email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share about your player.
Information collected automatically: Like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect standard technical information such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and general location. This helps us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
Booking and payment information: When you book a service or register for a camp, that transaction is handled through Mindbody, our scheduling and payment provider. Payment card details are processed and stored by Mindbody, not by XLB. We do not store your payment card information.
We use the information we collect to: respond to your questions and requests; provide the services, camps, and programs you sign up for; send you information you've asked for, such as our Player Development Guide; communicate with you about your player's training or upcoming programs; and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with our site. Cookies are small files stored on your device. These currently include Mindbody (scheduling, booking, and payments), GoHighLevel (form and contact management), and Google (website analytics). XLB Training provides services for youth players, and we understand the trust that requires. Our website is directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has provided us information without your consent, contact us and we will remove it.
